Every client must complete a consultation in California before moving into either subscription or non-subscription pricing.
How the plans work
All users begin with consultation. That first step is used to review eligibility, discuss fit, and determine whether the service is appropriate before any plan is selected.
If eligible, clients may move forward through either the subscription structure or the non-subscription structure. The subscription option corresponds to in-network pricing and is designed for clients who want an ongoing membership-style relationship. The non-subscription option corresponds to out-of-network pricing and is designed for clients who prefer not to enroll in the subscription structure.
For subscribers, payment is charged at the start of the month, and cancellation is allowed at any time during the month. This keeps the pricing model simple while preserving the more thoughtful, consultation-led experience behind the service.
